Monday Thought + {Simple Christmas DIY #2}

Monday, December 3, 2012

Happy Monday everyone :). How is your weekend? I am really in the mood for doing more of Christmas decoration at home. Lots of DIY project going on at home currently. I am so overwhelmed with so many inspiring projects from many beautiful blogs. How about you?

As promised, today I posted another simple DIY project - Wire hanger Christmas decoration. This idea was inspired by this pin from my Christmas and Holiday Pinterest Board (link here). You are welcome to check them out. I pinned so many beautiful inspirations on the board until my eyes sore...:p

For this project, I took one of my wire hanger that I use for my laundry, form it into a deformed  circle-alike, and wrapped it with my left over tinsel from IKEA. Previously, I used the tinsel for my Christmas tree and had plenty left over.

After U done wrapped the hanger, I tug in a little birdie (also from IKEA) in the middle of the hanger, so it is pretty much like a bird cage or something. This Birdie is from last year Christmas decoration, I don't use them this year for decorating but I decided to tug it at my mobile hanger. I add a cute pink eyes from my craft supplies and I hang this mobile in my  front  door to as a wreath.

I hope you like this simple DIY and on  this coming Wednesday, my dear friend and I call her the queen of sewing will share a beautiful sewing DIY project that will brighten your Holiday season at home.

Talk soon...
