A little thought on Monday {Celebrate the little things}

Monday, January 7, 2013

Hello.... Happy new year, dearest friends (still not too late to say that, right?), so good to be back here. How was your 2013 so far? are you excited to pursue your New Year resolution? Well, honestly I do not have one..haaa! I don't feel any different that this is a new year though... strange! I do not mean to be discouraged or skeptical, I'd just feel ordinary about it. Last year was a trial year for me personally, in some point I felt I'd lifeless, a little sad and bored, until last night when three of us (me, my hubby and my daughter) cuddled up in her room together with all of her sleeping buddies (read:dolls and soft toys), I felt so blessed that I had this opportunity in life, to enjoy a little things....
It gave me an insight on how come I was overlooked and did not realize that those little things are really matters, and indeed it is a great blessing and joy. It just makes me getting exited again to live life and celebrate the little things....

Another things that I want to stress it up this year and will continue to dwell in my mind is dream big. I am obviously a big dreamer. It is free, anyway! some of my dreams that I thought I am not going to have it  became a reality. It makes me believe about the power of the dream. One of my dream is happening this year. I finally had an opportunity to teach college students and my first class will start tomorrow..yay! I have been in training and development industry for the past 5 years and I always wanted to get involve in teaching young adults. The opportunity came last year that I had my first part time job of teaching. I still maintain a full time job of course and this blog too. So it will be a very busy year ahead...however I am really excited. This will be a very good year...God willing!

Talk to you again on Wednesday...

  1. Congratulations on the teaching job. I totally agree that it is what's in front of us that's important - our family. A cuddle and hug with the little ones is always therapeutic. Good luck for the year - a busy at that :) x
